Troupe Therapy blends facilitated dance, movement, visual art, music, and poetry to support emotional expression, connection, and healing. Designed for individuals navigating mental illness, recovery, or major life transitions, these peer-led workshops offer a safe and inclusive space to explore identity and create meaningful art. Workshop series will culminate to a community performance that celebrates every voice.

Troupe Therapy integrates teachings, lessons, and inspirations of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills with the healing power of the performing arts to support emotional well-being and recovery.
